Alpacas-We have 3 boys, Nickolas, Johnathan, and Jethro, that are full of personality. Thanks to Regina at Hog Heaven Rescue in Pennsylvania for allowing us to adopt these beautiful animals!
Miniature Horses-We have several minis. We are blessed to have a tiny little guy named Dusty who is as patient and laid back as they come! And did I mention he was tiny :-)
Miniature Donkeys-Kusko, Bam-Bam and Teddy are our mini-donks. All 3 are friendly guys who love to run and play in their field.
KuneKune Pigs-How to describe them...in a word-awesome. This breed of pig was brought to the US from New Zealand. I'm working to convince George, Fiona, and Suie that they are indeed pigs and not dogs, However I can understand their confusion since they seem to be part of our dog 'pack'. We are so grateful to Lori Enright of USA KuneKune's in California for working with us to ensure we obtained 3 great pigs. We can't wait to announce our first litter of piglets. We hope to spread the joy of this breed to the east coast.
Fainting Goats-Our sweet Delilah is a blue-eyed sweetheart. Always the first one to greet us in the field. She is always wanting to be loved on and spoiled. Mr. Tumnus is quite the looker and a great fainter. Sometimes I can't figure out why the big guy faints! We can't wait to see the babies Delilah and Mr. Tumnus will have.
Miniature Cow-Dexter is our goofy calf. He loves to play with any of the other animals that he can entice. His name comes from his breed...he's a Dexter calf.
Babydoll Sheep-frequently mistaken by children as 'a little bear'. Our black Babydolls look just like a stuffed teddy bear.
Bunnies-we have a few Flemish Giants, a Giant Chinchilla, and several smaller bunnies. These little ones are always a hit at events.
Ferret-I have been so surprised at how popular Felix is at events! Great for the smaller kids who want to pick up and play with one of the animals!
